Studies show that 80% of chronic disease is caused by stress.  Stress disrupts the healthy and natural circulation of energy in our bodies, allowing disease and illness to take hold. Learn simple energetic techniques to release stress throughout the physical body and energy field.  As we release stress and tension we begin to build vital life force (chi) energy.  Next, we will move through a powerful heart centering meditation. 

Our Spring Meditations allow special time to focus on Heart Opening:  An amazing way to release old patterns and allow Joy to radiate throughout your entire being.    Anyone can do it and all are welcome!  

Meditation has been proven to:

  • Reduce stress
  • Lower blood pressure, Increase memory
  • Increase endorphin production  (the feel good hormones)
  • Decrease physical pain and speed the healing process

Healing Circles

Healing circles generate a field of energy to send to people for rejuvenating their health and well-being.  Each person will have the opportunity to experience the healing effects on themselves and to work with others.  If you have never done this before, we will teach you easy techniques so you can participate.  All are welcome!
