A Simple Meditation

A Simple MeditationGuided Meditation:
1.  Sit Comfortably with your back straight.
2.  Lay your hands in your lap (thumb and pointer finger touching) this relaxes the mind and increases concentration.
3.  Set an intention to ______________________.  (Create what you want here…to be peaceful for the next 30 minutes, etc)
4.  Focuse your attention on your breath for 10 inhales and exhales.
5.  Close your eyes and roll your eyes up to the point between your eye brows (third eye)
6.  Connect to the energy, feel the subtle current of energy flowing – breath it in!
7.  Enjoy the feeling!

Note:  If your mind wanders, simply bring your attention back to your breath and re-focus your awareness on the point between your eye brows.
